Do I Qualify for a Medical Marijuana Card in Indiana?
Once legalized, you will need an Indiana medical marijuana card to legally purchase medical marijuana from one of the dispensaries. In order to be eligible, you must fulfill the following qualifications:

How to Get Approved for an Indiana Medical Marijuana Card in Indiana

This signed recommendation will be submitted to the appropriate Indiana marijuana regulatory board, along with a probable annual registration fee, for which you will be responsible.
Once the state has processed both the recommendation and fee, you will be added to their patient registry and receive your Indiana marijuana card.
